Piezoelectric lead-free pill was developed with ceramics powders synthesized with green chemistry (high energy milling route) using Bi2O3, Na2CO3 and TiO. The structural characterization of material was with X-Ray Diffraction technique and it was possible to identify the synthesis of NBT structure. The evaluations were using values of X=0.01 to X=0.1 in (Bi0.5-xNa0.5+x)TiO3. The Rietveld method lets determine lattice parameters and crystal size. The morphology was observed with Scan Electron Microscope showing irregular shapes. In the study it was necessary to compare the sizes particles distribution to determine the possible justification on properties with the nanoparticles detected on diverse samples. The response in voltage was evaluated with pill, Arduino system, software and computer getting show a piezoelectric material.
